Introducing the Black Kingdom New Generation Doumbek, an enhanced version of the solo darbuka model. This darbuka is slightly larger than the standard size, resulting in a sharper sound. It is an ideal choice for players seeking a lightweight darbuka (compared to the Sombaty Plus), while still enjoying the high-quality and professional sound characteristic of top-notch darbukas.
This darbuka model is adorned with a stunning decoration of white mother-of-pearl, combined with hand-painted details. What makes this model truly special is the technique used to create the mother-of-pearl design, which has been passed down from generation to generation, from father to son. This heritage and the meticulous craftsmanship involved make this model truly remarkable.
When you make a purchase from Arabinstruments.com, you can rest assured that you are buying an authentic, handcrafted model directly from the factory, complete with genuine mother-of-pearl.
*** Due to the handmade nature of this darbuka's painting, the color and finishing may not be flawless in every area.

Sits great on my leg , arrived in 8 days and i will going to test it soon in my show. Greeting from Miami...
I am extremely satisfied with this darbuka. When playing, I position it between my legs, which makes it lighter compared to the sombaty model I own. It's worth mentioning that this is the first time I received a spare skin from a company without any scratches. The nylon wrap covering it was a great addition as well. Although there were some imperfections in the paint job in certain areas, I had read about this in the product description. Nonetheless, the overall appearance of this model is stunning. As for the sound, it surpasses my sombaty darbuka in terms of sharpness , which is a bit surprising. The sound is sharp and precisely what I need for my performances. In conclusion, I am highly satisfied and would recommend this black model.
