If you decide you no longer want the products within 30 Days, you may return it to us for a refund of the product price within 7 days

We will make sure that your musical instrument arrives in excellent condition. All musical instruments may be returned for a refund of the purchase price.

Kindly note that the shipping expenses for returning items to our shop are non-refundable. A Return Authorization should be requested within 30 business days upon receiving the merchandise. It's important to acknowledge that the customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs, including customs fees.

In instances where a product remains uncollected from the post office or is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, resulting in the item's return, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. For musical instruments, this amounts to $80, while for accessories, it stands at $40.

Refund will applied excluding the shipping cost & handling fees once the item will arrive back to our warehouse.

All claims for damage or defects must be made within (48 hours) of delivery date. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to return the instrument to the address on the original shipping label. Returns are not accepted after 15 days. Refund will apply only against a damage report from the client, sighed by his local post office. Customer must supply tracking number and make sure that his items has insured.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
