Each shell goes through a detailed, multi-stage finishing process. The aluminum body is coated with deep black layers, followed by sparkling gold pigments and sealed with multiple protective glass coats. Every layer is left to cure properly before the next is applied, resulting in a durable, polished finish from rim to base. It takes around two months to build this special model
