This model is built with 8 tuning pegs, allowing precise, stable tuning and reliable performance in demanding playing situations.
The finishing process behind this darbuka is detailed and time-intensive. The aluminum body is treated with multiple layers: two layers of glossy base material, followed by sparkling blue color layers, and finally three protective glass layers.
Each layer is applied with several days of waiting time in between to ensure proper curing and depth. The full process takes close to a month. Once completed, the darbuka is polished from top to bottom to achieve its smooth, luminous finish.
The Crown darbuka is designed for players who want an instrument that stands out both visually and sonically. It comes complete with:
