Return Policy
We will make sure that your musical instrument arrives in excellent condition. All merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs. Return Authorization within five (5) business days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time and if the customer follows these return instructions.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within five (5) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to return the instrument to the address on the original shipping label.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Customer must supply tracking number and make sure that the items has insured.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Arab Instruments product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Arab Instruments reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Arab Instruments reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Arab Instruments shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Your World Instruments may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Your World Instruments.
Shipping
We will ship worldwide.Shipping will take around ~15 business days.Buyer assumes all customs.Shipping costs do not include duty taxes. You might be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of package based on your country's rates.We will send the item within 2 business days of full payment (usually less).
All items will be shipped via Registered mail with tracking number.

Renewal Stock
Due to the hand-made nature of many of the musical instruments as well as their popularity, we are sometimes out of stock on particular instruments until we receive our next shipment from overseas. If you select an item that is out of stock, we will contact you by email (please accept email from our web site) to inform you of the estimated availability of the item. We will ask if you want to place an item on backorder or potentially substitute a similar instrument if one is available. In case you will want to cancel we will refund all your money back.
