We will make sure that your musical instrument arrives in excellent condition.
All merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding
shipping & handling costs. Return Authorization within five (5) business days upon
receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways.
For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost
of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee (in case of a paypal payment) if the return is made within the agreed time
and if the customer follows these return instructions.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within five (5) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to return the instrument to the address on the original shipping label.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Customer must supply tracking number and make sure that the items has insured.
