This new and improved model is a little higher from the standard doumbek and also heavier. The specific darbuka made of wood, aluminum and mother of pearl. The bottom part of the doumbek designed differently from the standard size and the combination of high quality of aluminum, real mother of pearl (that increase the weight) and this unique design brings you a superior sound quality that can be heard through its crystal clear accentuation of "Dum", "Tek" and "Slap" strokes.
